The KC Training Institute is established in 27th June 2022, to provide high quality skills training as Grade institute Registered and certified by Department of Occupational Standards, MoLHR and recognized by Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) to provide new job seeker with skills in the field of Hospitality Management & Tourism, ICT sector, Commercial Accounting and Office Management, which are skills demanded in the Labour market to make themselves job market ready and also to enhance and up-grade
skills of in-service candidate.
KC Training Institute is setup with a goal to be one of the best HR Professional Development Institute in the country. Our main intention is to supplement the Government’s initiative and vision to curtail the youth unemployment challenges.
We aspire to generate employment opportunities for unemployed youths and up-grade skills of in-service candidates that can apparently be materialized by the Government’s collaborative support and farsighted intervention. The company is managed and operated by Mr. Pema Jambay, who is trained and skilled with hands on experiences in developing and managing various Training Institute in the country. He is assisted by a group of trainers who have experience of working in training institute for more than 12 years and are registered and ToT certified by DOS, MoLHR. Though the Institute is newly setup but we have well experienced trainers in conducting the training as per their ability. We have good team as a teaching and managing the organization, where we can confidently say that we can compete with the other ompetitors in the market, providing a very good quality skills attitude and knowledge to our valuable client.
KC Training Institute has well equipped with class rooms and conference hall facilities like Air condition, ventilation, sufficient lighting, projectors, projectors screens, white boards and enough chairs and tables, we also have separate rest room for male and female, First aid box, Fire extinguisher, suggestion box etc. We thrive to be one of the pioneer Professional Development institutes with following Vision and mission:
