Course Title: Indian Sweets

Indian sweets training is designed to provides students with the skills and knowledge required to create high-quality and delicious traditional Indian sweets. Students will gain a deep appreciation for the art of Indian sweet-making and will be able to apply their skills to a range of personal and professional situations.

The course will start with an introduction to the basic ingredients used in Indian sweets, including milk, ghee, sugar, and a variety of nuts and spices. Students will learn how to measure and mix the ingredients to create the perfect consistency and flavour for each sweet.

The course will then cover the different types of sweets, including burfi, rasgulla, gulab jamun, and jalebi, among others. Students will learn the specific techniques required to create each type of sweet, such as boiling, frying, and shaping.

The course will also cover presentation techniques, including decorating and packaging the sweets in an attractive and professional manner. Students will learn how to create unique and beautiful presentations that will make their sweets stand out from the competition.

In addition to practical skills, the course will also cover the history and cultural significance of Indian sweets. Students will learn about the different occasions and festivals where Indian sweets are traditionally served, as well as the importance of sweets in Indian cuisine and culture.
